I was promoted to a supervisor after 3 months at Nickelodeon. In my role I have implemented new training programs, trained over 12 new employees, created numerous documents for ensuring smooth daily operation and supported employees in their transitions to different sections in the attraction. Alongside working within the attraction, I work in the office doing various tasks which include updating our website, organising company data and replying to enquires/ complaints through emails, social media platforms and over the phone.Other responsibilities include- - Retail- greeting customers upon entry, serving customers, maintaining and stocking the shop floor, creating displays- Cafe- making various barista Starbucks drinks, serving customers, taking food orders, cleaning tables.- Character & host- hosting popular characters, interacting with customers, taking photos with a professional camera, being in character and creating an unforgettable experience. - Rides- completing morning checks, serving up to 165 customers within an hour, operating a ride and ensuring that health and safely is to a high standard.

I have worked for SPE for five years part time, this have included various roles including- working in a soft play, a café, and a charity shop. This has given me many transferable skills that I have carried to other jobs. Mostly I have learnt key communication skills to interact with all types of customers. As well as the fundamentals for knowledge on small businesses. For SPE I have made many documents used for advertising, PowerPoints for meetings and collecting extensive data to improve customer numbers.
