I will start by sharing that I have a calling to work with diverse backgrounds and the basis is to build community while addressing barriers to relationships and healing. I have over a decade of experience working with children through aging adults with Severe and persistent Mental Illness to those who are overcoming life challenges such as Grief and loss & Hopelessness & Depression, Oppression, Suppression, and victims of all forms of trauma. I have specialized in Equine Assisted Healing (Coaching) and am a Facilitator for Prepare/Enrich. My story begs for change and transformation through the practice of healing by having partnerships with horses and Love exemplified through Jesus. I am experienced in partnering horses with humans to empower and inspire growth from our wounds with the mindset of revitalizing ourselves and our communities into healthier relationships in business and individually.

Equine-Assisted Therapist (Cit)Serenity Life Resource Center Inc May 2021 - Apr 2022Worked with Lotus Care House (Houseless population in KCMO) as an Intern with Serenity Life Resource Center while also practicing the equine-assisted, play, and talk therapy. Upon graduation and obtaining Natural Lifemanship Certification (Level 1), I continued to practice 90% equine-assisted psychotherapy and about 10% talk/office-based therapy which includes utilization of sand tray/play therapeutic methods. I volunteered regularly to work with empowering exploited women to heal by partnering with horses and volunteered to assist with college faculty/staff events on team building events. -
