■ Gained experience as a Senior Level Supervisor in law enforcement and public safety, serving within the Philadelphia Family Court and the Criminal Justice Center buildings and specialized units such as the Training, Armory, and Community Outreach Units. Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams with a strong ability to manage court facilities and evaluate and respond to daily activities, as demonstrated by 2 promotions. Promoted to a Sergeant, then Lieutenant, and held 5 special assignments. ■ As a dedicated manager, I contribute to cross-departmental teams and can lead team members in practical applications of assignments while supervising in many roles. In addition to managing a Special Operations Group with 25 officers, I was specially assigned to the warrant unit and trained officers, recruited, and volunteered to be a critical intervention team member in partnership with the Philadelphia Police Department. As a recruiter, 1,297 people tested, and applicants paid a citywide application fee of $35.00, causing the City of Philadelphia's revenue to increase by $45,395.00.
