As a Program Coordinator at Florida International University, I support the development and implementation of programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and crisis/emergency/disaster management (CEDM) across the campus and the community. I have acquired multiple certifications and skills that enable me to deliver effective training, communication, and customer satisfaction. I also manage the digital training facility at enGenius Consulting Group, where I oversee the delivery of online and hybrid courses and workshops for various clients and partners. My mission is to empower individuals and organizations to prepare for, respond to, and recover from various types of crises and emergencies, while fostering a culture of inclusion and respect. I am passionate about learning new technologies and best practices that can enhance the quality and impact of my work.
