Current* In my role, I have been pivotal in identifying data issues and collaborating with the Data Engineering team to address and resolve them. I work closely with various teams, including SAP, Merchandising, and Digital, to gain a thorough understanding of the functional aspects of the business.* Python based automations to eliminate manual jobs. Developed a BCG Matrix for Merchandizing team to identify the SCO performance in a Line Plan (which ones to invest, retain and drop as part of Product lifecycle). The same concept has been extended to Merchandizing team to understand how a Line Plan Forecast eventually transforms to Actual Sales numbers.* Developed reusable frameworks to source text data and implement Natural Language Processing use cases using state-of-the-art Transformer models such as Llama 3.1, Gemma 2, Mistral, and Phi. Compute Customer Satisfaction scores for Pentland Brands and its competitors to analyze brand sentiment. I also identify key themes and topics that highlight positive aspects of our brand and provide actionable feedback to the Design Team and Merchandising to address product issues.* Additionally, generate review summaries that offer insights into the product journey, helping to uncover potential opportunities based on competitor shortcomings. Furthermore, this data is combined with Amazon API to ultimately translate the findings to product conversions/sales.* As part of a Proof of Concept (PoC), I have worked on document translation from German to English using advanced Transformer models, which are currently being fine-tuned for improved performance.* I am actively involved in proposing the use cases for Generative AI, New Product Development, and Computer Vision. * I mentor a team of junior members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.* An active member of Pentland's CSR activities. Furthermore, I regularly attend AI conferences, to stay updated on the latest industry trends and innovations.
