Assistant to the group's Operational Excellence and Industry 4.0 Director. Working on the creation and deployment of the group's "World Class Manufacturing System" (WCM) which will serve as an operational excellence guide for its 28 autonomous factories. This guide, with its many levels of excellence, will be known as "WeGA" or Ways to Excellence at Group Atlantic. As assistant project manager, my responsibilities are to use my skills in project management and lean methodology to drive the project forward. Created project documents, KPIs/Dashboard/Data analysis in French and English. Created trainings for our staff based on lean principles such as 5S, problem solving etc. Animated work groups to create project strategy which includes our future roadmaps, coordination between the group's International & French factories and different stakeholders of the project. Worked on the creation and management of a centralized website for this project. Based on this company project I wrote a professional thesis with the topic being: " How to setup an operational excellence culture in an Industrial group, while preserving the autonomy of it's different teams and factories which is part of the group's DNA? ".

Analysed, conceptualised, 3D designed, fabricated, risk and quality tested prototypes using various continuous improvement methods. This was also my end of Master's thesis topic.Lean Project – Member of the analysing team on a lean project focused on a product range to reduce lead times, delays and cost of manufacturing as well as ensuring overall comfort of operators working in these sectors of the factory.Kanban - Created and implemented a Kanban with the supply chain team to manage availability of production stock.Precious Metals Waste Management – Project Lead to create a process to manage metal industrial waste that can be re-sold. Created and implemented a management plan, thus added value of about 20000 euros to the company.Manufacturing Optimisation – Re-designed the factory floor using lean principles, took personal charge of re-installing all the sectors and the different machines in a proper flow, thus increasing the efficiency of production by reducing the travel distance of the product between consecutive process steps.Research Project – Metallurgical project on techniques for characterising sintered metal powders to assist in R&D.
