In my most recent and senior position, I was charged with coordinating the business strategy for one - three years. I oversaw financial, budget, risk, and people management. I also managed the Product and Technology teams, leading the development of a product roadmap. I liaised with the architecture and technology teams on Vault and Alert Microservice redesigns, as well as the transition to cloud and Redesign for Aggregation Services. Additionally, I produced proof of concepts for various features and functions, prepared the test automation framework, and utilized RPA to validate key documents. Proud moments here included:• Partnering with management to streamline processes, defining the escalation process, optimising recruitment and requisition, and establishing a production support and ticket management process.• Leading the transition of eMoney India teams to SAFe, managing training and certification, mentoring the team, and establishing key performance metrics.• Establishing teams and processes for the execution for IT Development across USA and India.• Reducing product time to market by guiding development and operations integration.• Presiding over a successful transition from Agile to SAFe.

I lead the establishment and developed of our India teams. I collaborated on the preparation of the test automation framework, developed proof for validating statements using RPA, and set up the corporate actions team. I coordinated various critical architecture and design discussions for Streetscape and WealthCentral, managed production rollouts, and delivered swift resolutions to any critical escalations. Under this foundational executive experience, I supervised fidelity pricing, cash management functions, and multiple business analysis groups, leading teams of 150 associates. I guided the team supporting applications in trading activities, including Purchases and sales, Prime Brokerage, Capital Markets, Settlement, and Clearing services. I oversaw the operations of Business Analysis Practice, gathering business requirements and providing comprehensive expertise to various teams.Achievements included:• Implementing effective technical approaches to application development.• Planning and delivering a robust Architecture Roadmap.• Overseeing all outsourcing functions for establishment of Offshore Development Centre.
