Working as a Backend Tech-Lead on Fraud and Resolution application with a leading bank.Managing team of 6 developers and 2 testers, my role is to make sure we as a team do timely delivery of requirements/bugs.

Worked on Chargeback domain and PSP platform in two separate projects with below key roles- Design, development and support features/application.- Onsite/offshore coordination and gathering business requirements.- Making sure project is PCI and GDPR compliant.- Leading a team of 6 members and ensuring deliveries on time.- Getting handover of new projects from other teams/vendors.

Worked on OPF framework in implementing payment schemes like NEFT, RTGS and IMPS for Indian Banks. Was majorly involved in- Development of new features and bug fixing.- Post release production verifications.- Raising bugs to 3rd party applications and testing new features.
