Over 9+ years of experience in consulting for legal secretarial services including, legal documentation, negotiation etc. Proven credentials in funding advisory, India entry, India exit, Indian IPO, company shifting, strategy building, and Merger and Acquisition etc. As a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a law graduate, I facilitate business registrations in India, funding compliance, investment valuations, agreements, and corporate secretarial compliance. These services were provided to investors, incubators and startup companies in FinTech, AgroTech, EdTech, eCommerce Aggregator, Automobile etc. and have closed 100+ funding rounds for clients which include SMEs, Startup Unicorns, and Corporates. Other than working with the teams of startup unicorns like PayU, UrbanCompany, and Sheroes, I cherish the privilege of working with the team of finest angel investors in the country like Sir Ratan Naval Tata.Led multiple workshops at the IIT, Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and Incubators. Scheme into an agreement that generally incubator enters into with their incubatee startups.As a consultant, I helped constitute Technology Innovation Hub- IIT Mandi & HCI Foundation, under the National Mission on Interdisciplinary Cyber-Physical Systems (NM-ICPS) implemented by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Govt. of India.
