Project 1: Robotic cells Project• Robotic Cells for automated assembly line My role as a design engineer was to develop the robotic cell, Design mechanical end effector, Input & output stack, safety system, & junction box.• Study the data received from customer part of APQP• Communicate the feedback with the internal department.• Building the 3D model in SOLIDWORKS (CAD software).• Develop Standard process layout for the assembly line Project 2: Pan Handling Automation • Feasibility study and modification in the automation. • Contributed in designing structure, suction cup, pneumatic diagrams, & junction box in SOLIDWORKS (CAD software).• Assembly of various parts of automation in SOLIDWORKS Environment.• On-site Erection, Commissioning, Internal & External Inspection, Project Planning & Scheduling.Other Projects: SPM design: Planetary Gear Box test rig, Cam follower test Rig Bearing Sorting Machine to detect faulty bearings.Project Works: 1.
