Funpadh was an EdTech start-up that aimed to change education, revolutionizing the learning experience by incorporating game elements, fostering engagement, and making education more interactive and enjoyable. I founded and led start-up, developed its MVP, spearheaded market development, negotiated its acquisition for early exit.

◼️ Established lucrative new business opportunity in emerging markets and gained competitive market position, building innovation ecosystem to achieve $120m revenue (75% above target) in 12-months. ◼️ Created 32-member Strategy and Product Team (15 partnerships, 12 M&A, 5 start-up investments) to seize $multi-million market in 9-months against an 18-month target. ◼️ Developed business case to secure Board approval and investment for development of a B2B network of start-ups, innovative companies and research hubs in Europe and Asia, initiating strategic shift to target low-cost markets, representing 25% of the business.
