While working for NetDeposit I provided support for both merchant processing software and electronic depositing hardware and software. Due to a severe health issue with my mother I had to resign.

Received and responded to client-generated support tickets. Investigated and attempted to reproduce reported defects using the SQL database and server logs (Linux). Escalated defects to the development team and tracked their progress. Provided support for Web Services client issues, including reviewing SOAP files for troubleshooting purposes. Developed a thorough knowledge of the digital dental imaging practice, including recommendations for in-office x-ray head settings and require filtration. Troubleshooted network setup problems, including mapped drives and SQL-MSDE databases. Submitted and edited internal knowledge base articles. Remained behind to ease transition during the takeover of Digital Support by another company.

Assisted the Faculty Representative to the NCAA, including meeting organization, meeting minutes, and athletics and Title IX research. Worked as a teacher’s assistant for Geography department, grading assignments and exams, meeting with students, and teaching classes in the professor’s absence. Arranged travel and maintained budget and financial records for pro-card audits for the men’s and women’s rugby teams, of which Dr. Moore was the faculty advisor. Managed the Geography departmental office, including checking email, organizing Dr. Moore’s schedule, collecting mail and filing.
