Perform responsibilities related to business operations for all financial transactions processed in store from cash registers, donations, payouts, internal business and gift cards on a daily basis Communicate any balance issues to Service Leadership/Store Director Responsible for account balances, overages/shortages for 40 cash registers throughout the store  Request funds from banking partner Ensures previous day’s balancing is complete on a timely basis Balance lottery, postal, special event tickets, and other inventory items that have monetary value Adhere to compliance procedures through accurate documentation and filing of all transactions per corporate standard operation procedures Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends Store Liaison to Sales Accounting Department when issues arise Prepare daily deposits (cash, WIC, checks) Designated Trainer for new Cash Office Team Members Participate in Employee Engagement Committee
