In this role, my responsibilities are to manage Market Information data implementation projects, maintain and reconcile user lists to control expenses, procure market information products for teammates by working with sourcing and procurement, and also research variances within invoices to ensure they're paid correctly. Manual construction of the FITS database is done periodically on the front end to ensure that all data stays consistent with existing agreements, and SunTrust's standards as an organization. Market Information contract terms and conditions are consistently reviewed and vetted through various channels, and execution of market information contracts are tasks that occur daily within this role. Occasionally, reports are ran to view trends, or to consolidate information into an easy to read format for senior leaders. Within this role, I manage Market Information Projects from beginning to end, providing charters, updated project plans, and project document updates. Risks within these projects are managed separately in a risk register during weekly meetings to discuss solutions. Bi-monthly strategy sessions are held with Senior Financial Officers to examine funding and allocation issues - from there, initiatives are taken to manage issues accordingly. Recently, I have taken on the role of a Relationship Manager. The duties within the role include working with Sourcing to procure services that will be useful to our data and analytics section of the organization, building meaningful relationships with 3rd party vendors, identifying opportunities for greater profits, and also ensuring that services provided by 3rd party vendors continuously meet the needs of our teammates by revisiting agreements and researching competitors to see if there are advantages to procuring a different service through new vendors.

Maintain a comprehensive excel spreadsheet summarizing problem invoices from complex suppliers. Support the project manager, program manager, and senior executives in efforts to resolve IRM issues.
