Serves as the College’s chief talent development administrator responsible for the College-wide learning and development strategy to include leadership and employee development for staff and faculty (teaching and learning); organizational development and effectiveness, including IndividualDevelopment Plans (IDPs), career navigation, employee engagement and talent planning; e-learning and the learning management system; and maintaining internal mentoring andcoaching initiatives.

Founding Executive Director for Central Piedmont's first teaching center. Provided leadership for the Center for Teaching & Learning Excellence, which holistically supports full-time and adjunct faculty in collaborative professional learning and growth. Worked across the College to build awareness of the uses of technology to improve learning, identified market opportunities for new online programs, and lead the expansion of courses and programs delivered wholly or partially online. The CTLE’s programming and services are designed to support faculty teaching in face-to-face, hybrid, and online environments.

Served as a consultant to in the design and development of online programming and resources that support faculty development and job performance. Responsible for coordinating online programming for faculty; developing assessment reports reflective of the learning outcomes and effectiveness of such; overseeing operational procedures and guidelines to ensure quality online faculty professional development programming.Lead and administered the Professional Development Instructional Design Internship Program for graduate-level instructional design students and recent graduates.

Manages project scope, work structure, instructional design/development, schedule, and resources.Lead a team of 3-5 Instructional Designer/Developer Intern cohorts in initiation, planning, and execution of college-wide instructional development projects year-round.
