At Empower with Words Educational Services, our team believe that all students should be empowered and supported by identifying educational and career goals as they embark upon various life transitions. Empower with Words is dedicated to empowering high school students and young adults to find their passion to reach their full academic and career potentials through Unity, Integrity, and Accountability. We pour knowledge and facilitate the steps and tools needed to successfully navigate transitions from high school to college, trades, certifications, and to the workforce. Through our College Funding to Career Transition Program, we also provide individualized private advisory to ensure students are applying for scholarships that best fit their needs.Shantel and her team facilitate both academic and financial workshops, webinars, and lunch and learns to help families negative the college and scholarship processes. Prior to moving to Georgia, she hosted several college tours to provide exposure opportunities to adolescents. She also conducts a private advisory coaching program where she works one on one with students creating an individualized post-secondary educational plan while working and supporting them through the process. Being that college may not be the best pathway for students, Empower With Words Educational Services provides resources to support students with navigating the workforce and entrepreneurship processes. The objective of this organization is to provide resources and tools to all students as they walk their pathways through college, career, and/or entrepreneurship.
