As Co-President of WISA, my colleague and I share elected responsibilities, ensuring a balanced workload. I am accountable for the general membership across all WISA bodies, maintaining efficiency and order according to our constitution. It's my responsibility to familiarize executive members with their duties and oversee their execution. I must convene semesterly general meetings as per the University of Toronto's academic calendar, overseeing and finalizing all club decisions. I prioritize decisions made with equal input from all executive members, ensuring continuity in my absence. Additionally, I serve as a primary contact or administrative officer on the student organization portal, assisting the VP of Events with room bookings. My role is crucial for the smooth functioning and representation of WISA within our university community.

I am actively involved in recruitment efforts, collaborating closely with the First Year Representatives to oversee all aspects of new member onboarding. Additionally, I manage the regular maintenance of emails, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries and fostering relationships with external organizations contacting WISA. Working in tandem with Event Coordinators, I play a pivotal role in maintaining an updated Instagram and ensuring coherence in the structure of mail-outs to WISA members. Attendance at monthly general meetings is a consistent commitment within the academic year, aligning with the University of Toronto's fall-winter and spring sessions. Importantly, I strictly adhere to all duties outlined in the WISA Constitution, recognizing that failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in removal from the organization. My dedication to these responsibilities reflects my commitment to the growth and success of WISA.

The First Year Representative worked with the social media Directors to post promotion for events in first year social circles. The First Year Representative was the first point of contact for all first-year members of WISA. The First Year Representative worked with many of the executives to help them plan events and gained knowledge of the club through this.

As a Peer Support Specialist for SAGA, the St. Mike’s sexual assault advocacy organization, my role centers around providing empathetic, supportive, and informed assistance to survivors. I work directly with individuals to offer guidance, share resources, and create a safe space where they can openly discuss their experiences and concerns. By actively listening and providing validation, I help survivors navigate their healing journey and connect them with appropriate support services. Additionally, I contribute to our advocacy efforts by sharing insights from a peer perspective, participating in educational workshops, and supporting community initiatives to foster a more informed and compassionate environment. My focus is on creating a supportive network that empowers survivors and strengthens our collective resilience.

Assisted the executive team in various projects. I took the role of Secretary at the St.Micheals branch of PEARS, SAGA (St.Mikes Against Gender Based Assault), to aid its revitalization. I am actively involved in making a list of all registered members and maintaining the membership contact list. Plan and take minutes for every meeting. Lastly, I provide administrative assistance to related events and programs.

The Vice President of Events and Collaborations at the ESSU are responsible for organizing events and campaigns that align with the organization's goals and the needs of its members. They act as liaisons between the ESSU and campus communities, fostering strong relationships and promoting the organization. They delegate tasks, ensure communication among members, and finalize event details, considering various accessibility needs. Additionally, they must plan one academic seminar and one program social each semester.

In my role as a Summer Student at Foresters Financial, I served as a pivotal member of the Life Insurance Operations team, gaining firsthand experience in policy issuance, claims processing, and customer service. Throughout the summer, I engaged directly with policyholders and agents, providing them with exceptional support and assistance while also ensuring the integrity of our database records. Collaborating closely with experienced professionals, I contributed to team projects and identified opportunities for process optimization, all while receiving valuable mentorship to further develop my skills in the financial services industry.
