- Developing, configuring, and optimizing deposition processes from inception through to start up and certification.- Improve the sputtering process in terms of film stress, had adjustment and process window - Coordinate with production supervisor to achieve company goals by communicating expectations, planning, monitoring, and evaluating job results and ensuring that production plans are completed- Perform AI microscopic examination to confirm NG and perform RCA/ take next action to rectify NG- Planning and liaising with production supervisors on meeting production output and emergency shipment plans.

• To ensure that any changes from Customer's New Drawing is verified and feasibility study performed and able to be complied by WEC before accepting the new drawing from Customer. • Rework the rejected parts.• Responsible for working with vendors regarding any major down and ordering the necessary parts for a repair. • Responsible for working with vendors regarding external calibration process and ordering the necessary parts for a repair. • Analyze and troubleshoot line problem.• Performing preventive maintenance activities.

• Perform preventive maintenance every week.• Inspect, calibrate and maintain tools used by production.• Fix the plating parts into jigs for the plating process.• Inspect the plated parts according to work instructions.• Design the jigs and fixtures for the plating process.
