Current- Responsibilities include sourcing, identifying & screening candidates for contract & permanent positions.
- Meeting existing clients and new clients to get the current job requirements and negotiating the terms and conditions with them.
- Majorly involved in sourcing profiles from databases, network, internal references, Head hunting and from web portals to shortlist the profiles with respect to the Education Qualification, Experience Level and.
- Meeting prospective candidates personally and evaluating them on parameters like Communication skills, Attitude, Ability to adjust in new work environment.
- Taking the preliminary round of HR interview so as to judge the communication skills and suitability of the candidate before submitting to client.
- Coordinating with the clients and candidates for interviews schedules and on selection, negotiating the salary with the candidate and arranging the offer letter.
