• Executive PMO is responsible for execution of acquisition, deployment and release process for resource management function.
• Ensure availability of resources for all projects
• Coordinate between practice, client engagement and recruitment
• Facilitate on-boarding and exit of resourcesDaily:
• To consolidate and maintain all the RRF’s received in a centralized location for effective action
• Identify available resources; Check suitability of available resource with ‘Sub-practice leaders’; book resource in open-air on “Resource allocation project” with appropriate “booking type”
