Executive PMO is responsible for execution of acquisition, deployment and release process for resource management function.• Ensure availability of resources for all projects• Coordinate between practice, client engagement and recruitment• Facilitate on-boarding and exit of resourcesDaily:• To consolidate and maintain all the RRF’s received in a centralized location for effective action• Identify available resources; Check suitability of available resource with ‘Sub-practice leaders’; book resource in open-air on “Resource allocation project” with appropriate “booking type”• Block resource in open-air on “Resource allocation project”• Initiate recruitment in absence of resource availability• Liaise with practice, recruitment and client engagement to ensure resources are deployed on project in given time frame• Maintain and update RRF tracker for easy monitoring and MIS generation.• Deployment activities: o Send deployment note in prescribed formato Assign project in open-airWeekly:• Review resource fulfillment status with RMO head• Organise and participate resource review/escalation calls with client partners / project managers / project leads and other stake holders.• Provide feedback/status report to Head RMO; client partners and other stakeholders on various resource requirementsMonthly:• Help RMO head in execution of rotation policy.• Provide inputs to publish business measurements such as fill rate, resource pyramid and execute action for improvements
