Voi is a new highly performant layer-1 blockchain network that is truly owned, managed, and built by its community, leading the next generation of community-driven and builder operated blockchains.

Managed a 50-person team through a high-growth phase of product development and launch. Ensure teams from marketing to engineering to product development and design are achieving the OKRs necessary to achieve company goals. Directly worked with The CEO, CTO and CFO to manage the budget and determine overall company strategy.

Chief of Staff to Reach's CEO. Supported CEO through Series-B raise including investor outreach, developing pitch decks, creating the data room, etc. Supported CEO, CTO, and COO with developing Reach's story to pitch for our Series B. Worked closely with the product development and design team to launch the service arm of Reach (builder and design services).

Managed multiple teams across the company, ensuring OKRs were achieved. Supported the C-suite with launching and securing funding for multiple subsidiary companies leveraging the Reach technology - a blockchain gaming platform and a decentralized exchange called Humble.

First non-engineer hire. Supported Reach with all business and operational tasks. This included preparing the C-suite with developing pitch decks, investor readiness, marketing, managing Reach's budget. Designed and managed Reach's hiring process (grew team from 4 to 50 people over a year) from recruitment to employee onboarding.

Developed a global expansion strategy for e-Zinc into Nigeria. e-Zinc is a startup that utilizes zinc metal to provide a more durable, low-cost, energy storage solution.

• Conducted a needs assessment on value of creating a local innovation eco-system to give youth refugees opportunities to acquire design skills and better co-create solutions with aid workers• Assessed modalities for implementation

•Streamlined drug procurement and inventory tracking at OBAT’s primary health clinic•Developed KPIs to measure clinic’s quality of care, performance, and cost effectiveness overtime •Guided a team with starting a digital learning program for Rohingya women, a host-community youth training program, and a community kitchen with a food distribution service for 150 families

Received a competitive Bowdoin grant to work with MoSoNex Inc., a start-up software technology company in India that specializes in the use of cloud computing technologies.- Conducted a feasibility study in the field to determine if MoSoNex technology could potentially facilitate access to medical consultation and provide health information to rural communities in India. - Demonstrated MoSoNex’s technology to potential consumers and elicited feedback to better understand how the technology could be used to meet India’s public health needs. - Produced an internal document regarding the industry’s needs, potential market entry barriers, and the existing health care delivery and communications framework for introducing emerging technologies within India’s health sector.- Built a large network of doctors, hospital CEOs, IT experts, professors, NGOs as potential stakeholders of the technology and for MoSoNex to tap into for the future.

Received a competitive Bowdoin grant to work for the Oasis Health Network, a free community health clinic in Maine that serves the needs of locally uninsured patients. - Created a training program to improve the communication between the clinic's medical staff and illiterate patient population. - Wrote grant proposals to fund the development and dissemination of this program. - Produced an internal report detailing how small health clinic’s can better address their health literacy needs. - Selected and interviewed by Maine Public Radio to discuss health literacy as a statewide public health concern.
