This helped improve customer experiences, drive revenue growth, and reduce operational costs. At Microsoft, Shanti led and delivered large enterprise-scale products for Windows, Windows Server, Server Management, and Developer Tools which contributed significantly to ongoing revenue. She led the definition and incubation of v1 products for Software Assurance (MDOP) and System Center (Service Manager). These required strategic thinking, overcoming complex technical challenges, and cross-functional collaboration to drive innovation.Shanti was co-founder and COO of Magicflix, providing safe curated video experiences for younger children. She headed up design, product management, content operations, and business development.
