Shantnu is also working in the azure domain for hosting, troubleshooting web apps and utilizing azure computing platform and various services in the projects.At the same time, he is also responsible for the maintenance and enhancing the applications which are live.Shantnu has 5+ years of experience as a Tech Lead/Team Lead in various CRM Implementations and delivering the projects. Apart from that, he has strong acumen of the Applications, Customizations/Configurations and Extension the CRM Platform to meet the requirements. He is well versed with Integrations between various systems and CRM.Microsoft Certified in MSCRM 2011, MSCRM 2013, MSCRM 2015, MSCRM 2016, D365, Microsoft Power Apps + Dynamics 365 (MB 400).
