Qutomo aims to develop an innovative integration path that recognizes the value of cultural diversity and gender through cooperation forums covering participants from different sectors. My responsibilities include: 1) design and conduct interviews with project participants; collect data from third country nationals in a multiculturalism sense;2) analyze and report collected data with quantitative method or qualitative method for forum feedbacks;3) blog originally written articles on project blog; provide concrete ideas with personal perspective as a third country national and with overall perspective as project organizer.

One-Minute-U (https://www.1fenzhong.org/) is a self-founded organization, aims at sharing and popularizing science, especially psychology knowledge through both online and offline activities.My responsibilities include:1) designed and organized the “One Minute Psychology Class” competition in Guangzhou, China. More than 50 university students participated in the competition and more than 200 people attended the presentation by the competitors. Also, the mini psychology courses were uploaded to website for broader self-learners. 2) planed and organized the offline activities including salon presenting scientific or psychological readings and launched events for science books. More than 10 reading salons and other activities were organized in south China every year.
