Ronis led several major initiatives to create a long-term strategic plan, secure partnerships with NGOs and institutional donors and increase fundraising to expand the organization's work around the world. In 2016, she established E-Gap country offices in Cameroon and Kenya to support refugee communities and launched the 3,000 Teachers online training platform to train 3,000 volunteers and teachers by 2017.To date, Ronis has raised over $150,000 for E-Gap programs and initiatives. In 2015 she was recognized with the Gifted Citizens award for her work in international education.
