The AP takes 14 projects from Local Solutions with the potential for scale and impact, and provides a 12-week tailored and immersive learning experience along with one-to-one mentorship by experts in the field and seed funding. - Developed a pipeline of mentors, engaged and built relationships with third party organisations and experts in the fields of international development, social impact and entrepreneurship.- Created processes for mentor matching and led a team responsible for matching mentors with projects, successfully matching all 14 projects.- Supporting 14 projects from across 5 continents to develop their projects for scaling and or replication.- Developed curriculum for a 12-week learning experience and worked with partner organisations to secure facilitators for its delivery.

As the Head of Strategy for the UK's only Muslim women-led international development NGO, i led on the development of a new ambitious organisational theory of change.
