Responsible for implementing a number of strategic initiatives in ABB Business Unit Control Technologies. Successfully managed the 100 million USD business restructure and change management project globally for Business Unit in 2 years’ time.

Manage and develop the engineering team to execute and deliver all South East Asia and Pacific region pulp & paper Sectional Drives projects. Establish the service team for customer service support. Conduct the new application software products and solution development for the region.

Responsible for the plant automation and electrical equipment engineering, installation and commissioning. Scheduled project planning and provided progress reports to the General Manager. Arranged commissioning resources to secure the project milestone.
