As the project manager and a member of PMO in Data Centre(Beijing) of ICBC(Industrial and Commercial Bank of China).aim of the following work:1.Serve for Data Center(Beijing) of ICBC from 2006 as a member of project management office(PMO). 2.Participated in the formation of the project management office(PMO) in company. 3.Apply the project management methodology to practical work in PMO,and ensure all the projects in company can be successful carried out. 4.work for the successful of the Large-scale projects as the project manager or project supervisor. 5.Responsible for establishing and revising the work processes of project management office (PMO) , improve enterprise project management system, and work for the improvement of the enterprise project management maturity 6.Responsible for building the enterprise-class information platform of project ,and work for the establishment and improvement of the enterprise automated control center in project management.Specialties: Have strong communication skill and teamwork, and is good at using the project management professional theory knowledge in real work.Focus on promoting the efficiency of individual and team work.
