My name is Shaohan Niu, majoring in public utilities management, getting the undergraduate degree from DALIAN University of Technology(985 project) in 29th June,2018.During my undergraduate career, I mastered variety subjects about social sciences,such as principles of management, public administration and organizational behavior. In addition, when I was a sophomore, I set up a club, TAICHI CLUB OF DLUT, which gave me a chance to put the theory what I learned from class into practice.When it comes to my work experience, I was employed in Groupama-AVIC Property Insurance(China)Co. Ltd for 10 months, which is a joint venture company invested by AVIC and Groupama-Gan, one of the biggest agricultural insurance companies in France. In this company, I worked as a management trainee, thanks for what I got the opportunity to play a role in many diverse posts, from insurance surveyor to marketing manager, understanding details of different departments .Especially, I developed some work methods during my job, which made a sense to increase the efficiency and been popularized all around the company.
