When I have too many ideas, that is not a good thing and it becomes an illusion that I am smart. On the contrary, ideas without justification and prototypes are just fantasies. The process of focusing on one particular idea, concept proofing it is realizable, with customer values, and solving particular problems is ultimately smart and that is the time innovation may happen, not the time when the idea strikes me. So explore, then focus, then innovate, and finally make the process a habit - that should be my new role resolution.

It turned out to be overwhelming when trying to solve problems escalated from customers - our strategy is NOT working and it is time for me to ask more time to dig deep and to understand those problems further - often times they are traced back to those "hacks" and those "decisions" we (or I) committed 10 years ago.

I am focused on building prototypes and finding feasible solutions for DNS enterprise level demands. Self-learning, experimenting and justifying iteratively, I am strived to satisfy our customers requirements without making too much compromises. This is a fresh new start of my career as I need to stay focused on adopting new technologies and leverage them in our solutions.
