A seasoned marketing specialist, Shaonlee, has spent more than 15 years in the Media and IT Services industry across various roles in marketing and communications. She began her career as an Image Consultant with Asia’s largest Image Management firm, handling a complex portfolio of clients across industries. She was instrumental in architecting winning marketing campaigns for the firm, from concept to delivery, creating exceptional brands. In her previous role as Head of Marketing and Communications at Zensar, Shaonlee architected several success stories in deploying multiple global marketing initiatives for the organization. With a sharp focus on metric based implementation framework, she defined and managed the corporate content strategy, market awareness, and digital marketing programs for Zensar. She was also responsible for Analyst, Media and Industry Relations leveraging Social Media in building various marketing, brand building and communication programs globally. She also managed the Corporate Social Responsibility Function and Sustainability initiatives, reinforcing core values both internally and externally. With her rich and varied experience in building go-to-market strategies for developed and emerging markets, Shaonlee's expertise is largely but not limited to marketing, communications, content, and strategy.
