I am a junior computer science student at Cornell with a deep passion for robotics and autonomous systems. My academic journey has been driven by a fascination with the intersection of computer science and robotics, particularly in developing intelligent, autonomous machines.At Cornell, I have had the opportunity to apply my technical skills to exciting projects, most notably with the CRC autonomous team. In this team, I collaborated with a multidisciplinary team to design, build, and program a competitive combat robot. This hand-on experience allowed me to dive deep into robotics principles such as mechanical design, electronics, and embedded systems while honing my programming skills in Python. I played a key role in developing algorithms for maneuverability and strategic decision-making, contributing to our team's success in competition while gained valuable experience learning and growing as a team player and leader.In addition to combat robotics, my coursework in machine learning, computer vision, and algorithm has provided me with a strong foundation in both the theoretical and practical aspects of computer science. I have built projects such as an autonomous driving robot using computer vision and machine learning, further cementing my interest in robotics.Looking forward, I am eager to explore new challenges and opportunities in the field of robotics and AI. I am particularly interested in projects and roles that allow me to leverage my skills in algorithm development, sensor integration, and autonomous systems to drive innovation.
