I am a highly motivated and goal-driven person. I have had got ample knowledge and experience in sustainable consumption and other areas in environment protection. The followings are a brief introduction for my experiences.I had degrees in Bachelor of Forestry (plant protection) and in Master of Environmental Management (Resource and Environmental Economics). During my master program, I had been working as a part-time intern at Conservation Volunteer in Australia for one year, as well as a full-time inter for two other governmental organizations (for holidays). In addition, during my bachelor study, I managed a team for an innovation science program for my university; participated in a number of research groups and projects (in field survey); held executive positions in two different student societies; was awarded as the NFU excellent student for 3 consecutive years. Since March 2015, I have been working for the UNEP China office as an intern, with a focus on sustainable consumption. My responsibility most revolves around the Chinese sustainable consumption platform, which requires assisting UNEP China in coordinating with other UN agencies in China and national partners, as well as seeking partnerships with government counterparts, NGOs and other stakeholders. Besides, I have also helped in organizing China Sustainable Consumption Week and other workshops as well as the Green Economy Research Fellowship Program. For the near future, I am seeking more challenges and rewards by working in a more entry-level position in the field of sustainable development and carbon management. Therefore, I could build on my skills and experiences in this field, as well as best put my capacity and value into good use.
