As a seasoned Data Analyst with a strong foundation in computer science, I have honed my technical expertise through a series of impactful roles at Eclaro and SCJohnson. My journey began as a Data Analyst intern, where I developed a passion for data analysis and technical problem-solving. Building upon this experience, I successfully transitioned into roles at Eclaro, where I provided vital service desk support, maintained Tableau Web Dashboards, and resolved complex data issues. In my tenure, I became a leader within my project team, crafting comprehensive documentation and taking on high-level challenges outside my job scope, ultimately eliminating recurring incidents.Now I work with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey as a Database Administrator and assist them in all matters related to the database system of the company. May it be in monitoring database performance, detecting bottlenecks and optimizing queries or in understanding and managing the overall database environment. I am part of the team that ensures that all applications have ongoing, uninterrupted access to data.
