As the primary marketing specialist at HW group, I am responsible for managing and curating all public-facing initiatives for the company. My role encompasses a wide variety of tasks aimed at increasing our brand presence and facilitating sales growth.- Marketing support for the B2B channel, ensuring that partners and distributors have everything they need to meet customer needs and project requirements;- Launching new products - in 2024, HW Group launched the long-awaited Perseus monitoring platform, which I prepared for release from a marketing standpoint;- Organizing distributor meetings - bringing dozens of people from all over the world to Prague, making sure that the business and cultural program is timed appropriately;- Managing trade show participation: in 2024 alone, we've had booths at ISE Barcelona and DCW Frankfurt;- Creation of all marketing materials, including product descriptions, newsletters, case studies, use cases, knowledge base and support articles, etc;- Search engine optimization and website updates;- Social media marketing.

At Qrator Labs, we elevate the company's marketing activities to a new level of awareness, audience reach and global impact. We were making a tremendous app that would conquer the world of social messengers - Subject. We attended the 2014 WebSummit conference and exhibition in Dublin as a startup.

I worked as the sole marketing representative at the startup, TipMeet. We combined real-time billing with telecommunication services over SIP to provide everyone with a compatible connection between phones and computers. My responsibilities included: brand development, website traffic generation, website UI and advertising revenue strategy, and content creation. I also developed the brand strategy and participated in designing the internal statistics system.
