Handpicked by the President of the African Jurisdiction to manage and develop the project for Linc’s first licensed operation. Developed the content package for the partnership with licensee and provided project development support to the Tanzanian Underground Coal Gasification (UCG) project to power business development initiative. As part of the governance team for the African Jurisdiction, developed and reviewed the project budget and revenue as a subset of the overall business financials. Reported to the President of African Jurisdiction.

Executed a mega-project concept phase in the development of the Indian Sasol-Tata JV Coal to Liquids (CTL) project. Handling single point licensor and infrastructure scope requirements during the execution phase of the Nigerian Sasol-Chevron-NNPC Gas to Liquids project. Managed the construction of the Brownfield modifications and the logistics facilities for a Polypropylene facility. Oversaw all aspects of project management, including but not limited to, stakeholder engagement, HSE, contracts administration, liaison and negotiation as well as budget management. ♦ Key Achievements ♦⇨ Oversaw management of the Sasol-Chevron licensor scope on the Escravos Gas to Liquids JV. ⇨ Spearheaded resolution and close-out of 1500+ Hazop action items; post analysis of process plant emergency system. Mitigated multiple risks in the flare and fire water systems. ⇨ Received an above-average assessment from Chevron management; outperformed Chevron Engineering Management peers. Selected for the ‘go-getter’ award from the entire owner and contractor team. ⇨ Functioned as a key resource as a part of a project team achieving >1M LTI free man-hours. Defended a contract misinterpretation saving the organisation €200K. ⇨ Communicated effectively, keeping the target audience in mind; sought approval of licensing strategy from a large number of stakeholders.
