Nov 2018 - Jun 2019San Francisco, Ca, UsI managed a team of five awesome Product Managers who focused on platform capabilities to help our customers foster observability and derive value from our telemetry data.My mandate was broad and diverse:I looked after our Core Data Platform, including query / storage / ingestion / management capabilities across our metric, event and log data. We ingested over 2 billion data points and queried trillions more per minute. Additionally, I was responsible for platform features that drove data exploration, analysis, charting, and dashboards. We focused on capabilities that made it easier for developers to find data that helped them fix outages at 4am.Finally, my team built and supported taking a log analytics solution - designed for developers and operations engineers - to market.In my first several months, we delivered more customer feature requests than at any point in the last 2 years. We successfully re-platformed our dashboarding experience and significantly enhanced our position in the O11y space. We took log analytics from prototype to early access for customers at scale in < 3 months. I also managed to hire and onboard two new PMs in the process. -

Aug 2017 - Nov 2018San Francisco, Ca, UsI provided cross-functional GTM leadership for the New Relic Infrastructure offering, driving breakout growth and execution across sales, marketing, alliances and channels, and product management. I was responsible for crafting and executing on our business and go-to-market strategy, including market landscape / TAM assessment, sales and partner strategy, core messaging and portfolio investment. This strategy resulted in a massive R&D expansion from New Relic as well as a centralization of development efforts in our nascent BCN engineering center. It also resulted in Infrastructure becoming our fastest-growing product line to this date. Additionally, I drove a technical integration partnership from inception to completion, which allowed us to accelerate our product development efforts in FY19.Simultaneously, I drove the development and delivery of our solutions strategy initiatives, leading a team of nearly a dozen technical marketers and operations leaders to provide our field and customers with the tools and information they needed to adopt our platform for solving real problems and creating real value. This became the de facto sales motion at New Relic, and has led to accelerated customer expansion in our most strategic accounts. -

I wore a lot of hats, including competitive landscape definition & analysis, SMB / Enterprise sales enablement, cross-team project scoping and management, marketing materials & product positioning, quant / qual pricing analysis, as well as product research and development. - Took New Relic Insights from $0 to >10% of quarterly gross bookings in less than three years.- Grew Monthly Active Users by over 50% in 6 months.- Co-authored the New Relic FY18 Product Strategy, articulating the company's customer and market focus for the fiscal year.- Launched new pricing and packaging models across entire product line to include Insights as platform capability.- Spearheaded two major integration partnerships with Splunk and SumoLogic.- Shipped dozens of key features for DevOps users and buyers, from in-depth metric exploration and analysis tools to a streaming data export capability via AWS Kinesis.- Built in-depth internal cost models for NRDB, allowing PMs to get a better idea of their P&L on stored data.- Revamped the Insights strategy to focus on core markets, enabling sales and marketing to narrow and hone its message to New Relic customers. -

I additionally launched 2 major updates to our native iOS and Android companion apps, as well as four major updates to the web client.
