As Senior Manager of Production Planning and Control, am responsible for overseeing and optimizing the production planning and control activities in a SIM card manufacturing factory that has acquired GSMA SAS-UP certification. This role involves developing production plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient utilization of resources, driving continuous improvement initiatives and trying to achieve high security standards of GSMA SAS certification as part of the audit clearance team. This particular responsibility includes maintaining compliance with GSMA SAS requirements while meeting production targets and delivering high-quality SIM cards.

Premier Oil was purchased by AlHaj. I was retained as IT Manager and responsible for re-commissioning of the IT equipment. Setup server - client active directory workspace environment for the first time in Alhaj office, establishing a client-server relationship. Also rolled out Cisco Unified Call Manager, Cisco Firewall and Cisco VPN setups, resulting in robust and enhanced efficiency level, especially during work-from-home times.Rolled out Sophos Central Endpoint Protection Cloud Solution, constituting of live virus protection, web security, web control, anti-malware, peripheral control, applications control and data loss prevention, both for PC's and servers, which overcame the insecurity of data theft and software piracy, previously prevalent in the company.Management, maintenance and basic configuration changes of Cisco switches, routers and Call manager services (CUCM). Management, maintenance and configuration of Hyper-V hosts and vm’s. Responsible for file share security & access control.Remote Site Setup for uninterrupted communication at all levels at AlHaj's successful gas discovery well 92KP-1 (Baska North)

As Management Team Member, oversaw successful sale and handover of company assets worth $70 million to AlHaj.Reporting to the GM, served a leadership role and responsible for the design, development and implementation of corporate information systems, IT support and infrastructure systems. The area of responsibilities were to manage IT plans, budget, schedules, policies and programs for the organization’s data processing, network communications, ERP, desktop services and management information systems, according to business goals and objectives. High-level tasks included identifying emerging information technologies to be analyzed, assimilated and integrated within the organization. This also included overseeing the development of mission-critical applications and technology to support the Premier Oil’s long-term goals and provide direction and leadership to number of development teams.
