 Sales Coordination• Monitoring primary and secondary sales.• Preparation of monthly indent (Projection).• Coordinate with field staff of 35 members along with record updating on daily basis.• Scheme circular and other correspondence with authorized dealers and field staff.• Co-ordination with authorized dealers, CFA / SS / Distributors, regarding sales, and all the claims of debit & credit note.• Maintaining data of primary and secondary sales & compilation of data/reports of different region of Sate /Town/Parties wise etc.• Processing sales staff expense TA/DA bills including those of area sales managers.• Follow-up the C Form / F Form & form 38 (way bill) etc.• Follow-up payment / collection if due (outstanding). • Keeping Co-coordination between sales team and Quality Team with Customers, Vendors regarding quality complaints and production related issues.• Account reconciliation of customer/venders with account team.• Preparation & maintain of distributors & retailers price list.  Supply Chain Management & Coordination• Working on CERP & MMS based system for monitoring deliveries, closing invoices and inventory tracking.• Making price list and update price and KYC (New Customers) in MMS.• Preparing of invoice, credit & debit note of CFA / Super Stockiest & Distributors.• Resolution of issues and first level of escalation for issues with NSM requesters and Venders/suppliers.• Managing logistics on time delivery of the goods from pant / WH to Distributors /customer – (Delivery Management).• Ensuring that Distributors / venders meet the entire PO contract terms before shipping any goods/items.• Co-ordination with Planning/Forecasting/Fulfillment team to align schedules based on the customer needs.• Resolving distributors / venders & Customer’s queries regarding issues with System/Supply Chain & Payment issues etc.• Generation of various MIS Reports / Presentation, Problem lot report, follow-up and 90 days Reports etc.
