* Manage local and national partnerships with youth domestic and sexual violence organizations.* Coordinate and conduct culturally specific DV/SA trainings for FI staff and local service providers andagencies.* Manage departments grants and budgets* Strategic planning* Manage and guide organizations youth specific domestic and sexual violence client services, programsand campaigns.

* Develop knowledge of best practices to survivors of sexual violence in marginalized communities.* Design and provide sexual assault support-related consultation and training on sexual assault, toprofessionals working with marginalized and/or underserved clients.* Provide outreach on sexual assault and services to marginalized and underserved youth throughpresentations and community programming in schools, community centers and other youth-servingprogramming or settings.* Provide culturally accurate, trauma-informed, best-practices crisis intervention, and short-termindividual and group counseling to marginalized victims of sexual assault and or childhood sexualabuse, as well as their support networks* Maintain a strong, working knowledge of current laws, policies and procedures related to educationalaccommodations for victims, as well as laws for victim rights, and basic criminal and civil proceedings, especially as they impact marginalized survivors of sexual violence.

* Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of a group of teens of 10-15 ages 11-16.* Conduct outreach to local schools, youth development programs, area colleges and universities.* Serve as an advocate and referral source for teens as they explore education, employment, and careeroptions, structure an environment in the teen program that provides needed academic and emotionalsupport.* Use behavior management strategies to defuse inappropriate behavior.
