Performs duties managing key office administrative functions that include execution of the Office of Inspector General (OIG) $2.5M budget, procurement documents, and general administrative tasks. Manages daily budget execution activities and ensures that all proposed expenditures are reviewed. Manages own Government Purchase Card and assists with management of the OIG’s Purchase Card Program. Provides management with guidance on budgetary matters. Maintains budgetary reports for management use in tracking, forecasting, and control of funds. Assists in the management of the OIG payroll and human resource process by liaising with the Interior Business Center (IBC), and/or PBGC’s HR and Payroll/Travel for payroll and human resource matters. Manages the OIG travel program; ensuring funding is available and the prompt processing of OIG Staff travel documents. Troubleshoots and resolve issues with travel documents and with the Agency automated travel system in accordance with PBGC’s Payroll/Travel office and federal travel directives. Assists with managing OIG records program.
