• Planning and organizing the production schedule to meet client’s deadlines in co-ordination with sales department.• Maintain high level of machines performance, by monitoring the production target and take corrective actions wherever there is a deviation.• Provide job approval wherever required.• Assuring the Quality output in all production activities. • Ensure an efficient consumption for the used materials (such as substrate, ink, consumables etc.) in the printing machines and ensure these are controlled in the specified target. Also to ensure controlling the wastage and reduce its level across the job orders.• Ensure the control of the mixed ink stock and guide the technician in the color matching system.• Analyze and take corrective action for all the technical issues related to the production.
