-Developed 20 unique programs and partnerships for greenhouse gas reduction projects in the agricultural and municipal waste sectors, resulting in $4 million in annual revenue.-Served as the Chicago Climate Exchange (CCX) Committee Chairman which resulted in the creation of a first-of-its-kind carbon offset protocol for landfill waste diversion.-Helped build ECC from a start-up to an industry leader in carbon offsets and renewable energy.-Supervised and managed multi-million dollar installation projects.-Established key international relationships for projects based on carbon offsets.

-Worked at the National Environmental Engineering Research Institute (NEERI), a facility run by the federal government of India.-Researched and defined the scope of an innovative project to harvest energy from chicken manure and food waste from a commercial processing business.-Awarded a grant from the United States Department of State for this project.

-Evaluated and selected cost-effective and reliable technologies for the company’s main business of biosolids treatment and disposal. -Secured a multi-million dollar long-term operations contract for the treatment and beneficial reuse of biosolids and organic waste. -Served as a key member of the team that implemented unique and pioneering design-build-operate projects for dairy manure treatment in California.

-Evaluated technologies and businesses for over 225 US Filter operating facilities.-Lead corporate development reviews of new technologies for acquisition, investment and partnerships. Provided critical intelligence for mergers and acquisition negotiations. -Developed quantitative benchmarking analysis tools which streamlined and standardized vendor technology evaluation company-wide.
