• Attending customer (MSIL & HCIL) complaint & submit Countermeasure Report after analyzing the Root Cause.• Responsible for 8D/A3/DAR/5W Principle Action against raised Customer Complaints.• Maintain Customer Line PPM & Line rejections.• Facilitate & Closure of customer audits & Visits (MSIL & HCIL).• Participation with Eng. Teams during reviews of new product developments, Product & Process Changes, Identifications of product special characteristics and meetings with customers.• Attending weekly warranty complaints meeting at MSIL.• Daily rejections analysis & apply countermeasure to the problem by using Q.C tools & why-why analysis.• Responsible for weekly reports including PPM, Top five defects & Action Plan to Improve Quality.• Continual Improvement in product quality & reduction in In-house rejections through Kaizen & Poke-yoke Technique & 7 QC Tools.• Ensure proper training to Operators by multi skilling to improve Productivity & Quality.• Interaction with Export Supplier and regular follow up vendors.

• To prepare and present monthly quality MIS.• Monthly rejection analyses using 7 QC Tools along with cross functional team, its complete closure and monitoring its effectiveness.• Manufacturing process audit as per plan.• Responsible for incoming, in process and outgoing quality of Buzzers.• Identifying top 5 rejections every month.• Maintaining record of daily line rejection.• Attend weakly audit plan and discuss about NC (Non conformity).• Documentation(IPQC Reports, deviation, CAPA verification)
