I am Sharad Pandharinath Pawar, MSc. Organic Chemistry and pursuing an industry sponsored PhD in Chemistry/Polymer Chemistry at ICT Mumbai. I have 8 years of research experience (Academic and corporate) in organic synthesis, bioconjugation reactions, cellulose chemistry and lignocellulose.I have four research publications and two filed patents.Currently, working on Cellulose Pulp and fibre at Grasim industries limited (Since July-2018).I am energetic, optimistic, dedicated, and hardworking. I am passionate about what I am doing, and I enjoy it. I am a punctual and sincere candidate.I can work both in a team as well as on my own. I am ready to contribute with my skills and knowledge and also prepared to adapt and learn.I am not limited to only specified research areas; I am ready to utilise my chemical perspective on new tasks and roles and chase the targets from Lab research to commercia scalel.I also have knowledge about analysis techniques utilised for characterization and measurements to generate intellectual property.I am eager for new learnings and integrate them with my previous knowledge and skills to solve problems. I have learned throughout my research career that knowing, interpreting, and revealing unknown phenomena in science satisfies me.
