I have extensive experience in the banking industry in India and I am currently an academic specialising in Wealth Management and Taxation at RMIT University.I have more than two decades of experience of leadership exposure in the fields of wealth management, business, audit & compliance, accounts as well branch banking with proficiency in devising solutions and their implementation. I subsequently transitioned to academia in 2013 to share my experience with the next generation of financial professionals and to expand my horizons through impactful research. My research expertise is in the areas of behavioural finance, capital markets, IFRS and various aspects of financial reporting and performance, and I have published several papers in scholarly academic journals.Along with my expertise in academic research and teaching my banking background has helped in the development of other core competencies in the area of business research and innovation, training & development, team management, administration and statutory compliances and assessments and evaluation.
