Responsibilities:*Heading technical discussion, feasibility of facility & finalization of commercial costing & project timeline based on technical discussion, gaps & investment for the project*Merit of managing different audits such as USFDA, WHO, TGA, MCA, KFDA, etc.; completed the production targets with compliance of CGMP. *Plan, organize, and establish a recommendation for manufacturing strategies to meet the goalResponsible for delivery/quality/norms/statutory compliance of products. *SRM-Supplier Relationship Management.*SPIP-Supplier Performance Improvement Plan*Supplier development /evaluation, new product selection, pricing & agreements - as an extended arm of corporate business development *New products establishment at EM location with documentation like CDA, job work/P2P/commercial agreement, Tech Pack. LOI. EHS & QA audit followed by Compliance.*Involvement in tech transfer activities & external sites with team.*Demonstration of products & Establishment of product capacity*Heading an end-to-end characterization of waste and scrap with commercial & regulatory implications. *Drive the deployment of Lean, six sigma, capacity enhancement & related tools and methodologies throughout the business and the manufacturing sites.*Concentrate on team efforts & Setting KPI as per department's capability*Manage the operational deliverers of Contract Manufacturers, ensure product supply as per norms, maintaining desired Customer Service Level’s within budgeted spend. *Organise, participate in Techno / Commercial / Governance audits (MSQA, EHS, MAPP, Financial, etc.) and ensure compliance to the recommendations and findings. *Plan and lead product transfer / technology transfer exercise and ensure continuity of supplies. *Preparation of manufacturing spend budgets* Commercial negotiations with Contract Manufacturers*Regulatory & Business Units to create an environment of inclusion, mutual trust, commitment and agility in action. *Interact with people across all hierarchies within organisation & large number of Contract Manufacturing sites.*I am a passionate strategist who likes to create his own path and wants to lead by example.
