As India Country Head , responsible for Growth, Delivery, Operations for Global Customers at the India Center which is strategic center for the organisation. Standardisation of Processes across customers. Ensure revenue and margins are met as per targets set for the geography. Manage and grow customers in the India Market. Attract and grow talent at the center , upskilling and attrition control. Manage Center operations within set budgets.

Heading the large Enterprise Wide Digital Transformation Program at Wipro ( one of the largest investments) encompassing transformation of Processes , Technology and Operations across various functional tracks of Sales, Finance, Delivery, HR and Talent Supply Chain. This is one of the largest initiatives for the company. Responsiblity included ensuring Execution, Implementation and rollout of Enterprise-wide CRM and SAP (S4/ HANA) Implementation, legacy system sunset, Vendor Management, Partner Management, Change and Benefit Management. Ensuring relevant Digital interventions and Automations, frameworks implemented . Solution evangelization with key stakeholders and businesses across the organisation steered by Cxo’s.Closely involved and key stakeholder in the process transformation and Technology Selection for the large Transformation.

Responsible for the entire business for Europe, Asia Pacific and Growth Markets managing 350mn$ revenues across the geographies. Responsibility included P&L Management, Customer Relationships, Delivery and Sales across the business.
