With over two decades of experience in education, writing, research, and leadership, I am uniquely positioned to serve as an effective leader in higher education, organizational development, and equity work. As a leader in writing center administration, DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging) advocacy and research, and curriculum design, I have worked with diverse stakeholders to create inclusive, equitable, and supportive learning environments. My leadership style is centered on collaboration, empowerment, and strategic planning because I believe that when we work together as a team, and leverage data to make strategic decisions, true growth and success follow.
