With over 19 years of experience in the Indian Air Force (IAF), I am currently a Wing Commander and a Directing Staff at the Defence Services Staff College (DSSC), where I teach and guide mid-level military officers from all three services in various aspects of defence and strategic studies, flying operations, and staff functions. I have an MBA in aviation from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, and a master's degree in defence and strategic studies from the DSSC.As a fighter pilot and a qualified flying instructor, I have multiple certifications in aviation and flight operations, including an Airline Transport Pilot License, issued by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation - India. I am skilled in strategic planning, HR and finance, and I am a keen learner and a strategic thinker, always aiming to create value for my organisation. I challenge the existing norms for better efficiency and output, leading to the success of my organisation.
